UK Orders
For delivery to the United Kingdom

European Orders
For delivery to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland
Airmail - delivered within 3-5 business days - £15.00

International Orders
For delivery to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Asia, Central & South America, Australasia, Africa or any other country
Airmail - delivered within 7-10 business days - £25.00

All UK, European and International orders are subject to a delivery charge, unless a free delivery option is chosen in your basket prior to paying for your order or your order meets criteria for any free delivery promotions.

These postage costs are displayed in both the order basket and during the checkout process.

Orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday will be proceed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend (on Saturday or Sunday), or on a Bank Holiday, incur the same delivery costs, but will be shipped the next working day.

All delivery times are estimated and not guarenteed unless the service specifically states otherwise. Any delivery dates shown in during the basket/checkout processes are estimates, and not guarentees of delivery dates. All orders are subject to security and anti-fraud checks which under certain circumstances may delay the dispatch of orders. To aid us in dispatching your order as quickly as possible, we urge customers to have their first order with us shipped to their debit/credit card billing address (as shown on their card statements) wherever possible.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail. This service includes insurance, and can be tracked through the Royal Mail website. The tracking number for your order will be emailed to you at the time of dispatch. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, returned to the depot for collection or may retry delivery the next working day. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays due to postal strikes, "Acts of God" (e.g. volcanos, flooding, earthquakes etc.), civil unrest and other things beyond our control. When/if any of these circumstances arises, we will, where possible, endeavour to find an alternative postal service to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.
